No measurements. All by taste.
1. Crack the coconut and scrap out the coconut meat.
2. Slice as desirable.
3. Make the marinade using maple syrup, tamarind paste and hot sauce (as seen in the pic).
4. For optimal flavor marinate the coconut meat for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
5. Use a dehydrator and set to dehydrate. If you don’t have a dehydrator use an oven set on 200 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 hours.
